The Museum of Miniature Found Objects has been proud host to the annual convention of the International Guild of Curators (Amateur Section, Northern Europe) this week. The Mix and Mingle Lounge has been a hive of professional and personal development for the many individuals gathering there daily. And the museum is delighted to display the winning entry in the Open Curation Event: Abstract #14. Congratulations to the Cake 'n' Bake Historical Society of Malmö, Sweden.

The Museum of Miniature Found Objects is proud to announce a new and innovative size requirement for donated items. After the museum's switchboard was inundated with complaints from would-be donors regarding the existing requirements, an emergency plenary session was held last night. In the early hours of this morning agreement was finally reached. The object need only fit in the palm of the hand for it to be considered for inclusion in the collection. The museum now looks forward to many new donations from around the world.

The Museum of Miniature Found Objects is delighted to announce the inauguration of the new Great Moment in World History, on the recently refurbished Rivoli Roof Terrace. The display commemorates the occasion of young Dan Leno’s triumph as world clog dancing champion in Oldham in 1883. Dan Leno would go on to become one of the most renowned and beloved comedians of Victorian music hall, but as a 22-year-old the world of clog dancing still lay at his feet.
